Coolant Filter System
The system with the filtering media performs these critical functions: removes sludge and swarf from coolant sumps, filters a wide range of particulate matter, controls fungus, yeast and harmful anaerobic bacteria that breed in coolants without using chemicals or ozone, and removes tramp oils from coolants and wastewater. This unit is portable on a painted steel cart and includes: S/S filter housing with pressure gauge & drain fitting, secondary filter chamber with sump buddy, 100 micron filter bag, oil removal bag and 1" 316 SS air operated pump. It can handle max temperature of 125°F, max pressure of 125 PSI, and 20-25 GPM flow. Dimensions are 20"W x 36"L x 52"H. The system includes suction and discharge hoses with quick disconnect fittings.
