Foaming Systems
LAF-915105D
LCC Wall Mount Foamer Complete
Wall-mounted, polypropylene construction, water and air-powered foam unit capable of mixing air, water and Oakite chemical to form a variety of different foam consistencies. Compatible with most high-foaming Oakite acid and alkaline products. Requires only a ¼” MPT air line with 12 CFM and a ¼” pipe connection with male threads or ¾” male garden hose water line connection with a flow of 3 GPM at 40 PSI. Assembly includes the stainless steel foamer base, foamer, ¾” X 40’ foam hose, ball valve, wand, nozzle and set of color-coded metering tips that provide concentrations from 0.4 to 20% by volume. Used in many food, pharmaceutical and paper mill applications. Options include: stainless steel construction, dual chemical pick-up and drum mounting. Not recommended for products containing hydrocarbon solvents.
DBS-15 GAL SSD
Pressurized Vessel Foamer
Stainless steel, portable, air-powered, 15 gallon, ASME coded pressurized foam vessel. Requires only a premixed Oakite chemical solution and ¼” MPT air connection with 8 CFM at 80 PSI to deliver a variety of different foam consistencies. Compatible with most high-foaming Oakite acid and alkaline products. The unit includes foamer, wheel kit (for easy mobility), ½” X 30’ foam hose and air filter/regulator. All components that come in contact with the chemical solution are made of type 316 stainless steel. Used in many food, pharmaceutical and paper mill applications. Not recommended for chemicals containing sulfuric, hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids or chemicals not compatible with type 316 stainless steel.
Foam-It 15 Complete
Portable air powered foam system. Requires only a premixed Oakite chemical solution and a ¼” air connection with 8 CFM and 80 PSI to deliver a variety of different foam consistencies compatible with most alkaline and acid. The Foam-IT 15D can produce up to 50 gallons of foam per minute. It comes with a 15 gallon non-pressurized tank, foam delivery system with polypropylene pump, heavy duty PVC coated cart and 30 FT. reinforced hose with wand and valve.
Sanitizing Systems
Sanitizer Wall Mount Model 517 Complete
Wall mount sanitizer feed system complete with color-coded metering tips, chemical-resistant sanitizer body, stainless steel wall mounting bracket and 50 FT. hose assembly. This venture type sanitizing system features no moving parts. It is capable of delivering up to 5 gallons per minute of sanitizer solution at use concentrations when connected to a ½” water line with a minimum of 40 PSI. Flood action of applying sanitizers has proven to be the most effective method to control Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli and other pathogens and spoilage bacteria.
Single Door Foamer
This central door unit eliminates the possibility of water pressure variation by regulating the incoming water pressure and boosting it to the desired pressure level. With wide coverage of spray, people don’t have to go out of their way to step into the sanitizing foam. The unit runs on a digiset timer which allows you to control the output depending on the traffic of the doorway.
