The following are Metering Pumps offered by the Process Equipment & Engineering division of Chemetall Americas.
1.0 GPH Metering Pump, Polypropylene
Electric chemical metering pump capable of delivering up to 1 gallon per hour or up to 24 gallons per day of Oakite chemicals into processes with pressures up to 110 PSI. Its materials of construction (Polypropylene head, Teflon seals, ceramic balls and polyethylene tubing) are designed to be compatible with most Oakite acid and alkaline products. The standard pump liquid end is not recommended for hydrofluoric acid or hydrocarbon solvents. The pump includes 20 feet of 3/8” outside diameter polyethylene tubing, priming valve, tubing foot valve and tubing injection-check valve assembly with 1/4” and 1/2” male pipe connections. Standard pump has dual speed and stroke frequency adjustment knobs to vary flow rates. It operates on 110 VAC 50 or 60 Hz and is available in an optional voltage of 220 VAC. Other options include: PVC, PVDF/Kynar and stainless steel pump heads.
4.5 GPH Metering Pump, Polypropylene
Electric chemical metering pump capable of delivering up to 4.5 gallons per hour or up to 108 gallons per day of Oakite chemicals into processes with pressures up to 50 PSI. Its materials of construction (Polypropylene head, Teflon seals, ceramic balls and polyethylene tubing) are designed to be compatible with most Oakite acid and alkaline products. The standard pump liquid end is not recommended for hydrofluoric acid or hydrocarbon solvents. The pump includes 20 feet of 1/2” outside diameter polyethylene tubing, priming valve, tubing foot valve, and tubing injection-check valve assembly with 1/2” male pipe connection. Standard pump has dual speed and stroke frequency adjustment knobs to vary flow rates. It operates on 110 VAC and is available in optional voltage of 220 VAC. Its materials of construction (glass-filled polypropylene head; Teflon balls, seals and diaphragm; and polyethylene and PVC tubing) are compatible with most Oakite acid and alkaline products. The standard pump liquid end is not recommended for hydrofluoric acid or hydrocarbon solvents. The pump includes 8 feet of 3/8” outside diameter polyethylene discharge tubing, 4 feet of clear 3/8” outside diameter PVC suction tubing, 4 feet of bleed discharge tubing, bleed/priming valve, tubing foot valve and tubing injection-check valve assembly with 1/2” male pipe connection. Dual speed and stroke frequency adjustment knobs vary flow rates. It operates on 110 VAC and optional voltage of 220 VAC. Other options include: PVC, PVDF/Kynar and stainless steel pump heads.
