50 Gallon System
Heavy-duty, painted carbon steel rotary jet-spray batch washer with solution capacity to 50 gallons, pump output to 60 GPM at 45 PSI and turntable load capacity to 500 lbs. Designed for use with Oakite biodegradable detergent solutions to remove contaminants such as buffing compounds, greases, oils, coolants, lubricants, and rust preventives from metal parts. Standard features includes: chemically compatible centrifugal pump with 230V, 1 phase TEFC, 3 HP motor, 6 KW heater with digital temperature control and read-out, foam sensor and shut down, mid-swing cleaning manifold, chip basket and sealed cleaning chamber, portable, automatic oil skimmer, low water warning and shut-down, automatic water fill, over-full warning and shut-down, turnable rotation sensor/jam protection and 24 hour/7 day heat timer. Requires 49 full load amps at 230V, 1 phase power supply. 100 Gallon System

OAK-2500
Small Parts Washer
Industrial-duty portable small parts washer designed for degreasing parts with aqueous solutions. It operates on 110 VAC. Unit includes stainless steel heating element capable of heating solutions to 130°F, circulating pump, flow-thru parts cleaning brush, work light, triple filtration and easy access sump. Dimensions are 42" high, 41" wide, 30" deep. Tank capacity is 20 gallons.
