OAK-ECS-20 MS/CM
Electrodeless Conductivity/Concentration Control System Microprocessor-based electrodeless conductivity/concentration control system designed for use in processes that may foul conventional direct contact electrodes. Installation is simple. It requires only plugging the unit into a 110 VAC, 15 AMP outlet and mounting the electrodeless conductivity sensor into the solution to be controlled. System features: #E53 Electrodeless Conductivity analyzer, conductivity, % concentration, TDS, temperature and Ma output displays, ability to define any solution in % concentration using user-defined table, temperature-compensated electrodeless sensor for process solution that may foul conventional direct contact electrodes. Preprogrammed to the 0-20 Ms range most commonly used for dilute acid solutions including Iron and Zinc Phosphates. It features simple automated calibration, two fully programmable Hi and Low process relays, two isolated 4-20 mA analog output, female outlet/plug for chemical feed pump and female outlet/plug for Hi/Low alarm connections. It is prewired, pretested and ready to use. The chemical feed pump is not included. Option includes chart recording capabilities.
OAK-ECS-200 MS/CM

OAK-CCS
Contacting Conductivity Control System Microprocessor-based conductivity control system designed for use in the rinse tanks. Installation is simple. It requires only plugging the unit into a 110 VAC, 15 AMP outlet and mounting the conductivity sensor into the rinse water to be controlled. System features: C53 conductivity analyzer, conductivity, TDS, temperature and mA output displays, temperature-compensated sensor, two fully programmable Hi and Low process relays, female plug/outlet for solenoid valve connections, female plug/outlet for Hi/Low conductivity alarm connections and two isolated 4-20 mA analog output. It is prewired, pretested and ready to use. Solenoid valve is not included. Option includes chart recording capabilities.

pH Control System w/ Glass Probe Microprocessor-based control system designed to monitor and maintain the pH of your process. Used extensively in applications not containing fluoride, this system includes a pH controller, glass pH electrode, electrode mounting assembly, pH probe protector, two fully programmable relays, female plug/outlet for pump connection and female plug/outlet for Hi/Low pH alarm connections. The components are prewired and mounted in a NEMA rated enclosure requiring only a 110 VAC electrical hookup. An adjustable 4-20 mA output is provided which, when used with an isolator, can be tied into your process controller. Optional chart recording capabilities are available. The chemical feed pumps are not included.

Pan Wash System The Pan Wash System is designed to automatically dispense the exact amount of Oakite Pan Wash chemicals for initial charge and to maintain the proper concentrations throughout the day. The system includes one chemical feed pump and control circuitry prewired in a NEMA rated enclosure. It operates on 110 VAC.

Egg Wash System The Egg Wash System is designed to automatically dispense exact amounts of Oakite Egg Wash and defoamant chemicals for initial charge and to maintain the proper concentrations of each throughout the day. A defoamant feed override switch is provided for isolated or extreme foam occurrences. The system includes two (2) chemical feed pumps, and control circuitry prewired in a NEMA rated enclosure. It operates on 110 VAC.
OAK-BL-7916
pH Neutralization System pH control system designed to monitor and neutralize the wastewater and industrial processes to a preset pH value. The system, which operates on 110 VAC, includes: a pH controller with a proportionating electric diaphragm pump, 20 feet of 3/8” OD suction and discharge tubing, foot valve and injection fitting, 20 feet of pH extension cable and pH probe with adapter. The pump capacity is up to 4.0 GPH. The pump doses continuously when the pH of the process varies more than 2 pH units from the set value and the measure value and doses proportionally for values between 0 and 2.0 pH units of the set value. A fixed 4-20 mA output is provided which can be tied to a chart recorder device. This system is ideal for small wastewater treatment facilities. Optional chart recording capabilities are available.
