Economical Low Flow Water-Driven Proportioner – Dosmatic
Economical polypropylene water-driven proportioner capable of premixing one liquid at ratios of .2% to 1% with water flow rates from 2.0 GPH up to 10 GPM at 40 PSI. Minimum recommended flow rate is 2.0 gallons per hour. Used in many low flow sanitizing and conveyor lubrication systems,installation is simple requiring only a 3/4” pipe connection with female threads. System includes chemical suction hose assembly. Not recommended for hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids or solvents not compatible with Polypropylene and Viton. Requires 80 mesh water filter and mixing chamber for complete system.
Dosatron Proportioner 11 GPM, 0.2%-2.0%
Economical polypropylene water-driven proportioner capable of premixing one liquid at ratios of 0.20% to 2.05% with water flow rates from 3.0 GPH up to 11 GPM at 4.30 to 85 PSI. Minimum recommended flow rate is 3.0 gallon per hour. Used in low flow conveyor lubrication systems. Installation is simple requiring only a 3/4” pipe connection with female threads. Wetted parts are polypropylene, 316 S/S, Viton and Polyacetal (Delran). System includes chemical suction hose with strainer assembly. Not recommended for hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids or solvents not compatible with polypropylene and viton. Requires optional 200 mesh water filter on the inlet side and check valve on the discharge side to complete the system.
“Solution Minder” Tank-Mounted Proportioner
Tank-mounted PVC proportioning device capable of premixing up to 4.5 GPM of water and the selected Oakite chemical to a predetermined concentration and maintaining this solution at the appropriate level in the tank. Compatible with most Oakite acid and alkaline products. Concentrations from 240:1 to 4:1 are easily adjusted by changing the color-coded metering tips. Requires only a ¼” pipe connection with male threads or ¾” garden hose water supply connection with a minimum of 25 PSI and 7 GPM water flow. Maximum water temperature is 130°F. Unit is shipped complete with tank-mounted proportioner, float valve and chain, chemical suction tube, chemical discharge tube and color-coded metering tips. Ideal for inexpensive automation of small coolant sumps, steam phosphate pre-mix tanks and immersion lines. Optional units are available with multi-chemical injection and flow rates from 1.5 to 25 GPM and dilution ratios from 1:1 to 1:1024. Not recommended for hydrocarbon solvents.
“Drum Master” Drum-Mounted Proportioner
PVC drum-mounted proportioning device capable of premixing up to 5.8 GPM of water and the selected Oakite chemical to a predetermined concentration for convenient delivery. Compatible with most Oakite acid and alkaline products. Concentrations from 178:1 to 4:1 are available by changing the color-coded metering tips. Requires only a ¼” pipe connection with male threads or ¾” garden hose water supply connection with a minimum of 25 PSI and 7 GPM water flow. Maximum water temperature is 130°F. Unit is shipped complete with drum-mounted proportioner, chemical suction tube, chemical discharge tube and color-coded metering tips. Fits most drums that have a 2” female pipe thread opening. Optional units are available with flow rates from 2.5 to 16.8 GPM and dilution ratios from 1:1 to 1:512. Not recommended for hydrocarbon solvents.
Industrial Coolant/Soluble Oil Mixer
Designed for the coolant market, this easy-to-use, drum-mounted proportioner requires only a 3/8" pipe connection with female threads for the water inlet with a minimum of 25 PSI and 5 GPM water flow to operate and has a ½” male pipe thread outlet connection for discharge. The standard unit is made of brass and can deliver up to 3 GPM of premixed solution. It can be used with chemicals that have a maximum viscosity of 400 Centipoise. Concentrations are adjusted from 1:15 to 1:45 by simply turning the numbered dial on top of the unit. Fits most drums that have a 2” female pipe thread opening. Options include stainless steel construction as well as flow rates up to 25 GPM and concentration ranges from 1:3 to 1:100. Designed mainly for coolants and soluble oils. Specify chemical before ordering when used in other applications to insure chemical compatibility.

HDPE-v Crownco Pump
Water-driven proportioning pump capable of premixing up to 7 GPM of one liquid at ratios of 0.95% to 8.50% with water pressures from 15 to 75 PSI. Minimum recommended flow rate is ½ gallon per minute. Used in many chain lubrication, defoamant feed and central coolant feed systems. Installation is simple requiring only a 3/8" pipe connection with male threads or 3/4” garden hose connection with a 25 micron pre-filter. Optional units are available to handle dilution ratios from 1:3 to 1:2000. Not recommended for hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids or solvents not compatible with HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and Viton.
