The following are Electric steam generators offered by the Process Equipment & Engineering division of Chemetall Americas.

ELE-LB-40CD

Electric Steam Generator Electric steam generator with a capacity of 138 Ib/hr and output of 133,900 BTU at 100 PSI. Standard unit is wired for 230 VAC 3 phase electric and requires a 105 amp circuit. Unit includes: the Oakite 551-3 Hurriclean Gun, gloves, detergent tank, and 20 FT. of dual steam and solution hose. Installation is simple, requiring only electrical hookup and ½” water connection. To complete the package for steam cleaning or phosphatizing, an Oakite 671 “Solution Minder” should be ordered to premix chemical solutions. Available options include: 440 and 550 VAC 3 phase electric, stainless steel construction, explosion proof enclosures, automatic flush and drain and water filters. Specify available voltage, amperage and specific application information prior to ordering.

Electric Steam Generator Electric steam generator with a capacity of 207.1 Ib/hr and output of 201,000 BTU at 100 PSI. Standard unit is wired for 230 VAC 3 phase and requires a 157 amp circuit. The unit includes: the Oakite 551-3 Hurriclean Gun, gloves, detergent tank, and 20 FT. of dual steam and solution hose. Installation is simple, requiring only a ½” water line and electrical hookup. To complete the package for steam cleaning or phosphatizing, an Oakite 671 “Solution Minder” should be ordered to premix chemical solutions.
