The following is a list of Equipment for monitoring wastewater treatment chemicals.
SEP-1701002-D
ST 203 Chrome Removal Complete System The ST 203 Chrome Removal System is designed to remove chrome from rinse waters and recycle the water back to the process without discharging and draining. The closed-loop ion exchange system, when properly maintained, removes both forms of chrome (hexavalent and trivalent) and recycles the wastewater back to the rinse tank as virtually chrome free rinse water. The unit is 36"L x 24"D x 40"H and includes two-1.25 CU. FT., 304 S/S tanks with ion exchange media, EPDM rubber tank-to-tank hoses with glass-filled Noryl O-ring seal union fittings, 304 S/S G & L multistage horizontal centrifugal pump with TEFC motor (115/60/1 phase), flow meter, CPVC piping, two-10" (one prefilter and one post filter) housings with 10 micron filter cartridges, mounted on a ½" thick polypropylene vertical panel and installed on a ½" thick natural polypropylene skid with ½" drip proof edge.
ENPROX 1500D
Wastewater Treatment System 15 GPM Designed for use with Enprox chemistries in three and five stage spray washers and tank lines, this small footprint 15 gallon per minute system can provide an alternative to expensive waste hauling. The PLC controlled system ships complete with a 1250 gallon waste holding tank, dual pH adjust chambers, flocculation chamber, clarifier, mixers, metering pumps and filter press. Installation can be completed in as little as 4 hours. Options include: concentrated chemical bleed, polishing filter, oil break, UL approval, low chemical alarms, pH and flow recorders and data acquisition.
ENPROX 500D
Wastewater Treatment System 5 GPM Designed for use with Enprox chemistries in single and three stage spray washers and tank lines, this small footprint 5 gallon per minute system can provide an alternative to expensive waste hauling. The PLC controlled system ships complete with a 440 gallon waste holding tank, dual pH adjust chambers, flocculation chamber, clarifier, mixers, metering pumps and filter press. Installation can be completed in as little as 4 hours. Options include: concentrated chemical bleed, polishing filter, oil break, UL approval, low chemical alarms, pH and flow recorders and data acquisition. Evaporating wastewater reduces disposal volume and recycles water. Environmental experts agree that evaporation offers industry the simplest and most effective long-term approach to wastewater disposal cost reduction. Since the late 1980’s, SAMSCO EVAPORATORS have been a proven solution to most wastewater disposal problems. Their design provides consistent operation, minimal clean-out, high efficiency, and low maintenance. Atmospheric Evaporator Designed for use in the anodizing, painting, photographic, machining, and chemical fields, it can evaporate water from solutions with a high solids content. Up and down-draft spraying at very high flow rates produces high evaporation at moderate temperatures. It can be used directly on the plating tank to remove rinse spray water and fume scrubber water. Its crated weight is 330 lbs., the dimensions 56” long, 69” high, 38” wide, the blower is 1-1/2 Hp available as110/220 VAC, 1 phase or 230/460 VAC, 3 phase, 45 GPM pump requirements, the temperature limits are 40-140°F for the ambient air and 40-160°F for the solution. The max rate you can expect is 80 GPH at 160°F and it decreases with temperature and humidity.
